Initial Assault - 16 Dec 1944

In the north The 6th SS Panzer Army assaulted the Losheim Gap and the Elsenborn Ridge in an effort to break through to Lige. In the center The 5th Panzer Army attacked towards Bastogne and St. Vith. in the South The 7th Army pushed towards Luxembourg.
